3*** Rural Hotel, located in the heart of the Sierra de Cazorla Natural Park.
The land on which the hotel is located has 1.623.800m2 with big game and small game reserves, abundant chaparros, olive trees, pines, etc. and a natural water spring.
In the area there is the longest zip line in Andalusia, as well as several hiking trails nearby, the PB4 cave, the Bolera reservoir, the hanging bridges of Castril, the Guadalentin river, the water cave of Quesada,…. all this is a great attraction for rural tourism in the area and for nature lovers.
The Hotel is distributed in first floor, ground floor and first floor, with 23 rooms at the moment.
On the first floor, with 557m2, there are 13 rooms (11 doubles and 2 singles). Some 4 or 5 of these rooms have magnificent views of the Bolera reservoir. On this floor there is a cleaning room, service stairs and utility room.
On the ground floor, with 1327m2, there are 10 bedrooms, (9 doubles and 1 triple). Kitchen with two storerooms, 3 dining rooms, one of them with fireplace, covered terrace with fantastic views, bar cafeteria with another fireplace, entrance hall, reception, office, cloakroom, and an area for staff with independent entrance with changing rooms, bathrooms, stairs and lift. There is also another lift for clients.
On the ground floor, with 1370 m2, there are all the facilities for a large kitchen with cold room, separate entrance for suppliers, two large freezers, different rooms, laundry, garage, and has two huge multipurpose rooms in which its architecture is susceptible to transformations for new uses such as; more rooms, customer services, rooms for holding events, manufacturing or museum of local products, ….etc.
