The hotel is located in the epicentre of the charming Axarquia region, on the eastern coast of Malaga, in the heart of the Costa del Sol. Framed by the natural park, it offers breathtaking views of mountains and valleys, as well as a wide variety of natural resources nearby. The beaches are only 20 minutes away, 50 km from the city of Malaga and 84 km from Granada.

Set on an extensive 3,300 square metre estate, mainly made up of lush gardens, the hotel is housed in a 680 square metre building, renovated in 2006 and completely extended and improved in 2014.

It is supplied with drinking water, municipal sewerage and mains electricity. In addition, there is a back-up electric generator and a 10,000 litre water tank to guarantee supply in exceptional cases of utility interruption.

The construction consists of two buildings in the Mediterranean Andalusian style, predominantly white and earth, incorporating brick, stone and wood in its design.

ROOMS

The hotel is fully furnished and decorated in a rustic and elegant style, in keeping with the surroundings.

It offers 11 double rooms of different types, equipped with full bathroom, plasma TV and air conditioning. Seven of these rooms have a terrace and garden in the separate building, while the remaining four, located in the main building, are superior rooms. Among them is a junior double suite with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and a large private terrace. All suites include a minibar and tea and coffee making facilities.

The kitchen and restaurant are fully equipped with machinery and utensils. In 2019, the hotel was renovated and features private parking for 10 vehicles, a swimming pool with panoramic terrace, a charming garden, a covered porch next to the restaurant for lunches and dinners, as well as an orchard at the back of the garden.

Classified as a two-star rural hotel with the possibility of upgrading to three stars, it has all the necessary permits and licences at state, regional and municipal level, as well as being up to date with taxes, rates and other payments. Its reputation is one of the most outstanding in the province, with permanent ratings of over 9 out of 10.

It has a prominent presence in various wholesalers and agencies such as Booking, HotelsBeds, TripAdvisor, Expedia, among others.

The season, which runs from April to October, is highly profitable, with a mostly middle-aged clientele, made up of 70% European visitors and 30% nationals. Stays are usually 5 days and the client profile is an independent tourist looking for peace and quiet and to enjoy Malaga and Andalusia at their own pace. The restaurant represents a significant part of the income, as this type of tourist appreciates traditional cuisine and an exclusive and serene atmosphere.

The asking price of the property and the fully operational business is 1,350,000 euros, with proven profitability from the first month and prospects for future growth. Bookings have already been made for the coming season.
