Whether it’s buying for investment or living more permanently, Spain is still the first choice for many Europeans, and the coast even more so. However, that’s not to say that some places aren’t slightly more popular than others. If you’re thinking of buying a property on the coast, consider Nerja or Torrox.<\/p>\n

When it comes to buying a property, it’s always worth thinking about how many people are attracted to the area in general. This is useful and should be borne in mind if you plan to sell the property in the future. The more tourists and people you visit and move around in the area, the bigger the real estate market will be for you to take advantage of.<\/p>\n

Nerja and Torrox Costa are only a 40 minute drive from Malaga and 70 minutes from Granada, so travelling to and from the area is relatively easy. In addition to Malaga airport and the Tren Ave, are two other good reasons, as communications are assured, with direct flight offers from all over Europe on one, and price and short travel time on another from Madrid and the rest of Spain.<\/p>\n

This makes it ideal for anyone planning to divide their time between Spain and their country or autonomous community, in the case of living in Spain, such as those who are buying a property to use as a holiday home.<\/p>\n

Although Nerja or Torrox are not very big cities, there are always a lot of properties to choose from. This means that it is not very difficult to find something that will suit you, whether you are looking for a picturesque holiday apartment or a much larger house, it is likely that Nerja or Torrox have something that will fit you.<\/p>\n
