The villa is 10 minutes drive from the historic centre of Frigiliana, located on the southern slopes of the Almijara Natural Park, on an elevated position, this location offers truly spectacular panoramic views of the mountains and the Mediterranean.
You can go out to the terrace and feel the tranquillity of the place, breathe the pure air that the Natural Park gives us or simply be quietly sunbathing in any of its terraces
It is distributed in several levels, let’s discover them: At the entrance we find a parking area for several vehicles and then we have the entrance to the interiors.
At the entrance we find a large living room, all with maximum comfort and beautiful details in a rustic plan, all of high quality. The lounge is an open space where no detail is missing, you can see for yourself.
At the back of the ground floor there are two bedrooms, both of which have an en-suite bathroom with shower. The ground floor also has a toilet.
The kitchen is independent from the living room, it is designed with furniture to measure and has all the appliances; we highlight the double door refrigerator with freezer and a wine cellar, all in a functional plan. It has a dining table and direct access to the pool area and another terrace, returning to the lounge and on the top floor we find all the bedrooms and remaining bathrooms. Going up a staircase we find an upper floor with lots of light and an open space that offers us views of the living room.
Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. Two bedrooms share a balcony. Going down to the first floor we find a very nice window that provides a lot of light to the living room, through here we access directly to the terrace attached to the house.
This terrace is ideal for lunch while contemplating the views of the Bay of Nerja, it is a very sunny space with outdoor furniture and a folding awning. From here we have direct access to the kitchen, which is very functional if we want to have lunch outside.
We found a portable ping pong table that we can place both on the terrace and in the living room.
Leaving the house and crossing a gate we find the pool area, this space is open and sunny. The pool is 10×5 m and has a Roman staircase with easy access.
There is also a basement consisting of a living room with fireplace, 1 bedroom, bathroom and storage room. It is currently being used for storage purposes as the bedroom requires finishing.
